DESCRIPTION:Noticing Walk rescheduled for TUESDAY\, DECEMBER 10th.\n\nOur l
 ast fall/winter noticing walk has been rescheduled for December 10\, 2019 
 at 1pm. We will meet at Harrington/Twin Pond. Park in the dirt parking lot
  on the Lincoln/Weston border.\nSponsored with Lincoln's Council on Aging\
 , come enjoy the journey AND the destination.  Unplug\, disconnect from t
 he world for a while and let your senses come alive in nature.\nWalks are 
 organized for those who are 55+\, but all are welcome.\nChoose footwear an
 d clothing appropriate for weather conditions. Walking sticks or walking p
 oles can help for stability\, if you have them.\n\nIn case of inclement we
 ather\, call the LLCT’s general line at 781-259-9251 after 10AM the morn
 ing of the walk for direction.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nAbout John Calabria. \n\nJoh
 n is a certified Wellness Educator who teaches mindfulness yoga and spirit
 uality in West Concord. Years ago John left a successful engineering caree
 r to help people find joy in their lives\, and feel more connected to this
  most beautiful part of the world we live in. John spends as much time as 
 possible in nature\, including caring for 60 bluebird nest boxes with his 
 friend Ray\, who is 88 years old.\n\nJohn spoke in October 2017 at the LLC
 T's panel on Aging in Nature that was also sponsored with Lincoln's Counci
 l on Aging\, as well as with Newbury Court and The Commons. In the weeks t
 hat followed\, John lead three walks on Lincoln's trails as part of the se
 ries. His walks were so popular that we have continued to hold fall and sp
 ring noticing walks!\n\n&nbsp\;
