SUMMARY:Mindfulness Walk with John Calabria at the Minuteman National Histo
 ric Park
DESCRIPTION:Unplug from the busy world and let your senses come alive in na
 ture with a gently paced walk guided by John Calabria! Join us for the sec
 ond walk in this annual series at Minuteman National Historic Park. John w
 ill bring an old South Indian temple bell to chime at set intervals for mo
 ments of silence blended with opportunities for spontaneous noticing of th
 ings along the way. This walk is about the journey and not the destination
 !\n\nThe series is organized for 55+\, but all are welcome. Choose footwea
 r and clothing appropriate for weather conditions. Walking sticks or walki
 ng poles can help for stability\, if you have them.\n\nFor inclement weath
 er\, call the LLCT’s general line at 781-259-9251 after 10AM the morning

 cing many things that others may miss. He cares for 60 bluebird nest boxes
 \, forages for wild foods\, and is a longtime teacher of mindfulness and Y
