DESCRIPTION:Unplug from the busy world and let your senses come alive in na
 ture with a gently paced walk guided by John Calabria! Join us for the thi
 rd walk in this series at Farm Meadow. This walk is about the journey and 
 not the destination!\n\nThe series is organized for 55+\, but all are welc
 ome. Choose footwear and clothing appropriate for weather conditions. Walk
 ing sticks or walking poles can help for stability\, if you have them.\n\n
 For inclement weather\, call the LLCT’s general line at 781-259-9251 aft
 er 10AM the morning of the walk for direction.\n\nParking: Meet at the end
  of the Commuter Parking Lot at 145 Lincoln Rd. We will walk down to Farm 
 Meadow and then decide which way to roam.\n\nJohn Calabria\, yoga teacher\
 , and expert in mindfulness and nature:  Years ago John left a successful
  engineering career to help people find joy in their lives\, and feel more
  connected to this most beautiful part of the world we live in. John spend
 s as much time as possible in nature\, noticing many things that others ma
 y miss. He cares for 60 bluebird nest boxes\, forages for wild foods\, and
  is a longtime teacher of mindfulness and Yoga in West Concord.\n\nThese p
 rograms are co-sponsored with Lincoln's Council on Aging.\n\nRSVP
