DESCRIPTION:Unplug from the busy world and let your senses come alive in na
 ture with a gently paced walk guided by John Calabria! Join us for the six
 th walk in this annual series at Flint's Fields. This walk is about the jo
 urney and not the destination!\n\nThe series is organized for 55+\, but al
 l are welcome. Choose footwear and clothing appropriate for weather condit
 ions. Walking sticks or walking poles can help for stability\, if you have
  them.\n\nFor inclement weather\, call the LLCT’s general line at 781-25
 9-9251 after 10AM the morning of the walk for direction.\n\nParking: Parki
 ng is available at Bemis Hall or the Lincoln Library on Bedford Road. Walk
  on Old Lexington Road to the trail entrance.\n\nJohn Calabria\, yoga teac
 her\, and expert in mindfulness and nature:  Years ago John left a succes
 sful engineering career to help people find joy in their lives\, and feel 
 more connected to this most beautiful part of the world we live in. John s
 pends as much time as possible in nature\, noticing many things that other
 s may miss. He cares for 60 bluebird nest boxes\, forages for wild foods\,
  and is a longtime teacher of mindfulness and Yoga in West Concord.\n\nThe
 se programs are co-sponsored with Lincoln's Council on Aging.\nRSVP
