SUMMARY:Mindfulness Walk with John Calabria at Pine Hill
DESCRIPTION:Unplug from the busy world and let your senses come alive in na
 ture with a gently paced walk guided by John Calabria! Join us for the fif
 th walk in this annual series at Pine Hill. This walk is about the journey
  and not the destination!\n\nThe series is organized for 55+\, but all are
  welcome. Choose footwear and clothing appropriate for weather conditions.
  Walking sticks or walking poles can help for stability\, if you have them
 .\n\nFor inclement weather\, call the LLCT’s general line at 781-259-925
 1 after 10AM the morning of the walk for direction.\n\nParking: Please par
 k along Sandy Pond Rd. The trailhead is between 174 Sandy Pond Rd and 192 
 Sandy Pond Rd. . There is space for about 10-15 vehicles so we will work t
 o help attendees park close together to maximize space.\n\nJohn Calabria\,
  yoga teacher\, and expert in mindfulness and nature:  Years ago John lef
 t a successful engineering career to help people find joy in their lives\,
  and feel more connected to this most beautiful part of the world we live 
 in. John spends as much time as possible in nature\, noticing many things 
 that others may miss. He cares for 60 bluebird nest boxes\, forages for wi
 ld foods\, and is a longtime teacher of mindfulness and Yoga in West Conco
 rd.\n\nThese programs are co-sponsored with Lincoln's Council on Aging.\nR
