DESCRIPTION:Unplug from the busy world and let your senses come alive in na
 ture with a gently paced walk guided by John Calabria! Join us for the eig
 hth walk in this annual series at Stony Brook / Twin Pond South. This walk
  is about the journey and not the destination!\n\nThe series is organized 
 for 55+\, but all are welcome. Choose footwear and clothing appropriate fo
 r weather conditions. Walking sticks or walking poles can help for stabili
 ty\, if you have them.\n\nFor inclement weather\, call the LLCT’s genera
 l line at 781-259-9251 after 10AM the morning of the walk for direction.\n
 \nParking: Park at the Route 117 parking lot on the Lincoln/Weston line. T
 he parking lot is unpaved.\n\nJohn Calabria\, yoga teacher\, and expert in
  mindfulness and nature:  Years ago John left a successful engineering ca
 reer to help people find joy in their lives\, and feel more connected to t
 his most beautiful part of the world we live in. John spends as much time 
 as possible in nature\, noticing many things that others may miss. He care
 s for 60 bluebird nest boxes\, forages for wild foods\, and is a longtime 
 teacher of mindfulness and Yoga in West Concord.\n\nThese programs are co-
