DESCRIPTION:Unplug from the busy world and let your senses come alive in na
 ture with a gently paced walk guided by John Calabria! Join us for the sev
 enth walk in this annual series at Flint's Fields. This walk is about the 
 journey and not the destination!\n\nThe series is organized for 55+\, but 
 all are welcome. Choose footwear and clothing appropriate for weather cond
 itions. Walking sticks or walking poles can help for stability\, if you ha
 ve them.\n\nFor inclement weather\, call the LLCT’s general line at 781-
 259-9251 after 10AM the morning of the walk for direction.\n\nParking: Par
 k at the Route 117 parking lot on the Lincoln/Weston line. The parking lot
  is unpaved.\n\nJohn Calabria\, yoga teacher\, and expert in mindfulness a
 nd nature:  Years ago John left a successful engineering career to help p
 eople find joy in their lives\, and feel more connected to this most beaut
 iful part of the world we live in. John spends as much time as possible in
  nature\, noticing many things that others may miss. He cares for 60 blueb
 ird nest boxes\, forages for wild foods\, and is a longtime teacher of min
 dfulness and Yoga in West Concord.\n\nThese programs are co-sponsored with
