DESCRIPTION:Join us for this popular series of gently paced noticing walks 
 guided by John Calabria on Lincoln's conservation land. These walks are ab
 out the journey and not the destination! Unplug and disconnect from the wo
 rld for a while and let your senses come alive in nature.\n\nParking:  Pa
 rk and meet in the main lot on Rte. 117. (Not to be confused with the over
 flow lot at the canoe landing near the Sudbury River bridge.)\n\nThe serie
 s is organized for 55+\, but all are welcome. Choose footwear and clothing
  appropriate for weather conditions. Walking sticks or walking poles can h
 elp for stability\, if you have them.\n\nFor inclement weather\, call the 
 LLCT’s general line at 781-259-9251 after 10AM the morning of the walk f
 or direction.\n\nJohn Calabria is a certified Wellness Educator who teach
 es mindfulness yoga and spirituality in West Concord. Years ago John left 
 a successful engineering career to help people find joy in their lives\, a
 nd feel more connected to this most beautiful part of the world we live in
 . John spends as much time as possible in nature\, including caring for 60
  bluebird nest boxes with his friend Ray\, who is 88 years old.\n\nThese p
 rograms are co-sponsored with Lincoln’s Council on Aging.
