DESCRIPTION:Join us for this popular series of gently paced noticing walks 
 guided by John Calabria on Lincoln's conservation land. These walks are ab
 out the journey and not the destination! Based on trail conditions\, we wi
 ll determine in which direction we will walk on Tuesday\, whether we walk 
 along Flint's Pond or walk around Pine Hill.\n\nParking: Park and meet alo
 ng Sandy Pond Road near gate posts 23 and 24 on the Trail Map of Lincoln
 . This is in the area northwest of Flint’s Pond. Look for LLCT signage o
 n the day of the walk.\n\nThe series is organized for 55+\, but all are we
 lcome. Choose footwear and clothing appropriate for weather conditions. Wa
 lking sticks or walking poles can help for stability\, if you have them.\n
 \nFor inclement weather\, call the LLCT’s general line at 781-259-9251 a
 fter 10AM the morning of the walk for direction.\n\nJohn Calabria is a ce
 rtified Wellness Educator who teaches mindfulness yoga and spirituality in
  West Concord. Years ago John left a successful engineering career to help
  people find joy in their lives\, and feel more connected to this most bea
 utiful part of the world we live in. John spends as much time as possible 
 in nature\, including caring for 60 bluebird nest boxes with his friend Ra
 y\, who is 88 years old.\n\nThese programs are co-sponsored with Lincoln
 ’s Council on Aging.
