 mmittee\, Lincoln Democrats and others for our first Project Drawdown gath
 ering to hear Professor William Moomaw of Tufts University\, a scholar\, p
 olicy maker and environmental activist with decades of experience.  We w
 ill start with a brief film about Drawdown\, “the most comprehensive pla
 n ever proposed to reverse global warming.” We will then have opportunit
 y to hear Prof. Moomaw’s reflections on how actions in our homes and in 
 our community can make a difference in addressing climate change.\n\nAn en
 gaging speaker\, Moomaw is a lead scientist/author of the reports of the I
 ntergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) and serves on the boards o
 f directors of The Nature Conservancy of Massachusetts\, the Consensus B
 uilding Institute\, and Earthwatch Institute.  Most recently he was at t
 he UN Headquarters for the Youth Climate Action Summit.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\n&nbs
