 r notice. Stay tuned for updates!\n\nThese popular noticing walks return! 
 Sponsored with Lincoln's Council on Aging. It's about the journey\, not th
 e destination! Connect with nature through walking in a mindful way. Unplu
 g and let your senses come alive in nature.\n\nTuesday March 3rd 1pm: Meet
  at Lincoln Station (145 Lincoln Rd). We will gather at the far end of the
  commuter lot\, by the entrance to the Farm Meadow Trail. \n\nTuesday Apr
 il 7th 1pm POSTPONED\n\nTuesday May 5th 1pm TBA\n\n*Rain Date/Make up Walk
  Tuesday June 2nd at 1pm TBA\n\nWe'll walk with Naturalist John Calabria i
 n some of Lincoln's most beautiful places. Meeting locations will be deter
 mined two weeks before the walk and posted on our website. Walks are organ
 ized for those who are 55+ but all are welcome!\n\nChoose footwear and clo
 thing appropriate for weather conditions. Walking sticks or walking poles 
 can help for stability\, if you have them.\n\nIn case of inclement weather
 \, call the LLCT's general line at 781-259-9251 after 10am the morning of 
 the walks. Walks will be canceled if there is heavy rain\, snow\, or storm
 y weather.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nAbout John Calabria. \n\nJohn is a certified Wel
 lness Educator who teaches mindfulness yoga and spirituality in West Conco
 rd. Years ago John left a successful engineering career to help people fin
 d joy in their lives\, and feel more connected to this most beautiful part
  of the world we live in. John spends as much time as possible in nature\,
  including caring for 60 bluebird nest boxes with his friend Ray\, who is 
 88 years old.\n\nJohn spoke in October 2017 at the LLCT's panel on Aging i
 n Nature that was also sponsored with Lincoln's Council on Aging\, as well
  as with Newbury Court and The Commons. In the weeks that followed\, John 
 lead three walks on Lincoln's trails as part of the series. His walks were
  so popular that we have been featuring spring and fall noticing walks eve
 r since!
