DESCRIPTION:June 4: We will be walking along the Battle Road Trail. Meet at
  Meriam's Corner. Park in the NPS lot at the corner of Lexington Rd and Ol
 d Bedford Rd.\nBack by Popular Demand! Join us for Spring Mindfulness Walk
 s with John Calabria on Tuesdays April 2\,  May 7\,  and June 4 beginnin
 g at 1 pm. \nSponsored with Lincoln's Council on Aging\, join us for any 
 or all of these walks\,  where the experience is about the journey and no
 t the destination! Connect with nature through walking in a mindful way. U
 nplug\, disconnect from the world for a while and let your senses come ali
 ve in nature.\nWalk with naturalist John Calabria in some of Lincoln's mos
 t beautiful places.  Meeting locations will be determined by trail condi
 tions and posted to our website two weeks ahead of each walk. Walks are or
 ganized for those who are 55+\, but all are welcome.\nChoose footwear and 
 clothing appropriate for weather conditions. Walking sticks or walking pol
 es can help for stability\, if you have them.\n\nIn case of inclement weat
 her\, call the LLCT’s general line at 781-259-9251 after 10AM the mornin
 g of the walk for direction.\n\nAbout John Calabria. \n\nJohn is a certif
 ied Wellness Educator who teaches mindfulness yoga and spirituality in Wes
 t Concord. Years ago John left a successful engineering career to help peo
 ple find joy in their lives\, and feel more connected to this most beautif
 ul part of the world we live in. John spends as much time as possible in n
 ature\, including caring for 60 bluebird nest boxes.\n\nBack in Fall 2017\
 , John spoke at LLCT's panel on Aging in Nature (also sponsored with Linco
 ln's COA). John then led three walks on Lincoln's trails as part of the se
 ries. Due to enormous interest\, LLCT and Lincoln's COA have continued to 
 host Spring and Fall mindfulness walks.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nWe hope you join us 
 out on the trails!\n\n
