Join the Lincoln Land Conservation Trust and Codman Community Farms for a morning of family-friendly fall fun! Drop in anytime between 9:00 and 11:00 a.m. on October 10 to create your own one-of-a-kind scarecrow.
Families should bring a long-sleeved shirt and long pants to dress their scarecrow, along with an optional pillowcase to use for the head. We will provide hay for stuffing, wooden stakes, rope, cardboard, paint, and other decorating supplies.
Gift card prizes will be awarded to the top three scarecrows! Families may also choose to have their creation displayed at Lincoln Station during the following week, where it will be seen by runners, walkers, and spectators participating in the Scarecrow Classic 5K.
All ages are welcome. Come ready to create, get a little messy, and celebrate the fall season with your family!
