Lincoln Land Conservation Trust and Conservation Department staff have begun a comprehensive review of Lincoln’s open space and trail uses. Michele Grzenda, Conservation Director, will discuss Lincoln’s trail use vision, goals from Lincoln’s 2017 Open Space Plan, summary of trail uses and how that use has changed over time, and steps for assessing changes to Lincoln’s trail rules.
