Protecting Our Canopy: The Critical Role of Tree Preservation in Regional Resilience
Trees are a climate solution – they mitigate flooding, provide clean air, and cool our neighborhoods. Join this webinar to hear about Charles River Watershed Association’s (CRWA) work to understand the state of tree canopy in the Charles River Watershed and help municipalities, like the Town of Lincoln, protect, maintain, and grow our tree canopy through advocating for stronger tree ordinances and a Regional Tree Planting and Protection Plan.
Hosted by LLCT, Town of Lincoln Conservation Department, and members of Lincoln’s Tree Preservation Study Group.
This is a free zoom program and all are welcome.
