In-person spring birding walks have returned! Learn to identify birds by sight and song at some of Lincoln’s birding “hot spots.” Dress for weather conditions, including wet grass and cool morning temperatures. Please bring binoculars, if you have them! Please do not bring dogs.
Walks take place on Sunday mornings from 7:30 A.M.-9:30 A.M.
At least two of the following local birding experts will lead each walk: Norman Levey, Gwyn Loud, Ron McAdow, Corey Nimmer, Nancy Soulette.
April 23rd: Lindentree Farm/Mt. Misery
May 7th: Browning Field/Chapman Pasture
May 14th: Baker Bridge Fields
May 21st: Farm Meadow
Free, all are welcome. Space is limited, so registration is required. Register for each walk individually. If you can’t make the walk but signed up, please let us know as soon as possible so we can open up a spot from the waitlist. Questions? Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Detailed parking instructions and weather updates will be sent to registered participants.
