2025 Plant Sale
This year’s plant sale offers a selection of native perennials that bloom from early to late summer and provide nectar to native bees, butterflies, and other insects.
All purchases must be made in-person at the sale, and plants will be available on a first come, first served basis. LLCT will accept cash, check, card, or Venmo at the sale.
May 18th at Lincoln Station, 145 Lincoln Rd, Lincoln MA
11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M.
Current LLCT members receive an additional discount on plants. All are welcome to join or renew their membership with LLCT when they check out at the sale. LLCT memberships start at $35/year.
Plants are sourced from Bagley Pond Perennials, a NH based nursery that grows their plants from seed sourced on their farm. Perennials will be available for $8 (quart sized pots) to LLCT members. The non-member price is $10. The plants retail for $12.50.
A limited supply of shrubs will be available. Shrubs will be priced as marked.
LLCT works hard to ensure our prices are as accessible as possible to our community. Membership contributions to LLCT support the plant sale and our planting efforts on conservation land.

Why plant native? Plants that are “native to Massachusetts” have co-evolved for thousands of years with the faunal populations in the area. Native plants therefore support ecosystem-level relationships with wildlife and bolster local biodiversity and resilience to climate change.
All plants are sold individually and will be labelled with bloom time, sun/soil preferences, bloom color, and height. Please choose plants that will likely thrive in your garden’s conditions. In general, LLCT recommends selecting species from each bloom time (early, mid, and late summer) to ensure a garden that offers floral resources throughout the growing season. If your garden space and budget allow, LLCT recommends planting at least 3 plants per species you select, as pollinators are attracted to larger areas of blooming flowers.
LLCT’s Pollinator Action Plan is informed by the research of Dr. Rob Gegear. LLCT continues to recommend Dr. Gegear’s plant list as a resource for pollen and nectar plants that support at-risk long-tongued bees.
LLCT has plenty of Pollinator Pathway Signs, which will be available at the sale for a donation of $5.
