Thank you neighbors and conservation friends! With the generosity of more than 30 neighbors and funds from the Rural Land Foundation, Lincoln Land Conservation Trust, Community Preservation Act (CPA), Walden Woods Project, and Ogden Codman Trust, we are moving forward with the purchase of the property and expect to close on the property at the end of April.
This project preserves a vital neighborhood trail that would otherwise disappear and provides an important connection and wildlife corridor between conservation areas, linking Codman, Flint’s Pond, Adam’s Woods, Baker Bridge Fields, Pine Hill, and Walden Pond.
