Noticing Walk rescheduled for TUESDAY, DECEMBER 10th.

Our last fall/winter noticing walk has been rescheduled for December 10, 2019 at 1pm. We will meet at Harrington/Twin Pond. Park in the dirt parking lot on the Lincoln/Weston border.

Sponsored with Lincoln’s Council on Aging, come enjoy the journey AND the destination.  Unplug, disconnect from the world for a while and let your senses come alive in nature.

Walks are organized for those who are 55+, but all are welcome.

Choose footwear and clothing appropriate for weather conditions. Walking sticks or walking poles can help for stability, if you have them.

In case of inclement weather, call the LLCT’s general line at 781-259-9251 after 10AM the morning of the walk for direction.

About John Calabria.

John is a certified Wellness Educator who teaches mindfulness yoga and spirituality in West Concord. Years ago John left a successful engineering career to help people find joy in their lives, and feel more connected to this most beautiful part of the world we live in. John spends as much time as possible in nature, including caring for 60 bluebird nest boxes with his friend Ray, who is 88 years old.

John spoke in October 2017 at the LLCT’s panel on Aging in Nature that was also sponsored with Lincoln’s Council on Aging, as well as with Newbury Court and The Commons. In the weeks that followed, John lead three walks on Lincoln’s trails as part of the series. His walks were so popular that we have continued to hold fall and spring noticing walks!
