Named after the Catalpa tree outside the Lincoln Public Library, the Twisted Tree Cafe is coming to Lincoln! A great communal spot to meet friends and neighbors, Twisted Tree will be serving up healthy food for all diets, including gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free, keto, and paleo options. Twisted Tree is also offering healthy choices for on-the-go people with an online ordering system, so your coffee will be waiting for you if you’re running late to the train. Twisted Tree is sourcing ingredients from local farms and eco-friendly companies and will focus on making take-away eco-friendly as well, with reusable, refillable, and recyclable containers.
